Top Tim, The City's Chief Software Tester, has been instrumental
in the continuous assurance of a stable, quality system for all the users.
City's software has undergone constant expansion and improvement over
the years; without effective testing and bug reports, the users would
be plagued with crashes. But this has not been the case! With Tim's
help, City is one of the most stable BBS programs around, typically
running for weeks between hard drive backups.
